There are two membership types: free community membership and premium fee for customized service membership.

Free - Community Membership

Consumer Opt-in Service

Community membership is an opt-in only service.
Members are emailed the current flagship publication monthly.
Members gain special access to inspire content within flagship publications.
Members get emailed notifications about updates and can get text alerts to US mobile number about upcoming content.
Members are invited to offer opinions, suggestions and testimonials about helpful businesses, products, services and information regarding leisure activities, healthy living, workplace organization, house and home matters.
Member feedback is prioritized to assist our commitment to become an essential source for positivity.
Members get directory listings, upon request, regarding businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals highlighted in flagship publications.
Members get access to insights that can enhance personal and business growth.

Premium - Basic

Fee for Service

Community membership, plus:
Customized e-publications, per member preferences of subject matter available, i.e. healthy living, workplace organization, house and home matters, leisure interests: shopping, traveling and dining
Customized directory listing aligned with member preferences for available topics and includes connection assistance, upon member request.
Market research, per member request to know more about a competitor brand, product, service or information - up to three request per month.
Brand assessment includes brand reputation indicators, i.e. message alignment and chatter trends regarding member brand or a competitor's brand - maximum assessment is one per month.
Brand connection assistance for customers interested in purchasing member brand products, services or information - this service is enhanced to include online shopping cart support per our merchant assistance program (members can email to know more: info@askLita.com).

Premium - Professional

Fee for Service

Community membership, premium basic plan offerings, plus:
Member brand monitoring and weekly reporting with alerts regarding significant changes in trends.
Member brand strategy development assistance regarding overall presentation, website and collateral - consulting and recommendation sessions up to three hours monthly.
Creative direction assists with member brand's advertising design and layout - the service includes one hour consultation and three hours of design and layout support.
Content publishing for member brand customized publications, emailed content to brand customer list, webpage development and monthly updates - up to five pages of content aligned with member brand.

Premium - Executive

Fee for Service

Community membership, premium basic and professional plan offerings, plus:
Competitor tracking is member brand reputation assessment and includes trends for up to three competitors.
Customer relationship management assist in connecting consumers to member brand per defined processes addressing feedback and includes recommendations for mitigating consumer concerns.
Public Relations assist member brands with overall internal and external communication objectives and includes drafting communication and responding to public inquires
Tactical Assistance is customized support defined as needed to align with member brand's day-to-day operations for brand marketing.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUBMIT CONTENT FOR PUBLISHING?

Members are invited to share positive experiences for publishing. Content that is focused on consumer solutions, exceptional quality and customer service are priority considerations within the approval process. Approved content may be published at editor's discretion. Sponsored content for advertisement requires planning session, editor direction and approval.

WHAT IS THE COST TO ADVERTISE?

Brands can sponsor advertisements after editor approval process is completed. The cost for sponsored advertisements varies depending on content placement, image size, copy length and duration.

HOW OFTEN DO THE FLAGSHIP AND CUSTOMIZED PUBLICATIONS ISSUE?

The flagship publication is a registered trademark, Scoop and Share, that issues monthly. Customized publication issues are aligned to support member brand objectives.

Use of Content Terms and Conditions

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUBMITTING PUBLICATION CONTENT?

Our Use of Content:

Ask Lita, LLC dba Business People Connection, The Positive Network Company (referred herein as TPN Company), considers anything you provide for publishing in any communication aligned with any of our services, including our affiliated websites and publications, is available for our use free of any obligations to you.

User Content

Content, including reviews, responses, profile entries, posts, or questions may not be able to be deleted once uploaded. For some of our features, other members may be able to request email notifications of the content you provide or publish their own comments to your content. We may use this public content to develop aggregate ratings, personalize site views, market products, or identify or feature popular content or members. By posting or uploading any content to this Site and related TPN Company sites, including posts, responses, and any communication or material to TPN Company (referred as "User Content"), you automatically and irrevocably:

Grant and assign to TPN Company (Ask Lita, LLC dba The Positive Network Company, referred as TPN Company) a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to any and all rights in the User Content including without limitation all copyright, together with all consents (if any) necessary to enable its reproduction, distribution, modification, publishing, and/or other exploitation by TPN Company and/or by any person authorized by Ask Lita, LLC dba The Positive Network Company, (referred herein as TPN Company), by any means and in all media now known or hereafter devised, without payment or other reference to you or any other person, and to advertise and promote such exploitation, insofar as possible in perpetuity;
Waive all moral rights in the User Content which may be available to you in any part of the world and confirm that no such rights have been asserted;
Appoint TPN Company as your agent with full power to enter into any document and/or do any act TPN Company may consider appropriate to confirm the grant and assignment, consent and waiver set out above;
Warrant that you are the owner of the User Content and entitled to enter into these Terms;
Confirm that no such User Content will be subject to any obligation, of confidence or otherwise, to you or any other person and that TPN Company shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of such User Content.

Claims of Infringement

If you believe that any content appearing on this Site infringes your copyright rights, TPN Company wants to hear from you. Please forward the following information in writing as listed below
